Privacy Policy

ALIXA ("we", "us") operates a non-custodial Solana token launchpad available at alixa-token.io. We help users create, launch, and manage SPL tokens directly from their own wallets.

We never have access to your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. All token creation and on-chain transactions are signed locally in your browser by your Phantom (or compatible) wallet. We cannot move your funds.

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Wallet addresses: public Solana addresses you connect to the app. These are public on-chain by nature.
• Token metadata: the name, symbol, description, and image you choose for tokens you create.
• Usage data: minimal logs (timestamps, error events, request paths) used to diagnose issues and prevent abuse.
• Billing events: records of platform fees and service charges tied to your account.

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or unrelated browsing history.

• To detect fraud, abuse, and protect the integrity of the launchpad.
• To improve product reliability and user experience.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, and maintain a secure session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers:

• Solana RPC providers to broadcast and read on-chain data.
• Phantom wallet (and other connected wallets) for signing.
• Cloud database & auth provider for secure account storage.

Each provider only receives the minimum data required to perform its function.

We use HTTPS everywhere, row-level security on our database, role-based access controls, and least-privilege server functions. Sensitive operations require wallet-side signatures that never leave your device.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. On-chain transactions and token records are public and immutable on Solana and cannot be deleted.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging, then deleted or anonymized.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
