Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ALIXA ("the Service"), operated at alixa-token.io. By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ALIXA is a non-custodial launchpad that helps users create, configure, and manage SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. All on-chain transactions are signed locally by your wallet. ALIXA does not custody funds, private keys, or seed phrases at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, and any device used to access them. ALIXA cannot recover lost keys or reverse signed transactions. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including ALIXA support.

You authorize ALIXA to read public on-chain data associated with wallet addresses you connect and to request signatures only when you initiate an action.

Tokens you create through ALIXA are deployed on the Solana blockchain under your wallet's authority. You are the issuer and remain solely responsible for the token, its metadata, supply, distribution, listings, and any communications about it.

ALIXA does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the value, utility, or legality of any token created using the Service.

Some features require payment of platform fees and/or Solana network fees. Fees are shown before confirmation. Network fees are paid directly to the Solana network and are non-refundable. Platform fees are non-refundable once the associated on-chain action has been broadcast.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Launch tokens that constitute securities, fraudulent schemes, rug pulls, impersonation, scams, or misleading offerings.
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any illicit activity.
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of others (including in token names, symbols, images, or descriptions).
• Attack, probe, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users (including spamming, abuse of rate limits, or reverse engineering).
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service through a sanctioned party.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

Cryptocurrency and token activity are high-risk. Prices are volatile, smart contracts can fail, and on-chain transactions are irreversible. You may lose some or all of the value of your assets. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes when using the Service.

Content provided by ALIXA — including scores, suggestions, presets, and educational material — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

The Service, including its branding, design, code, and content created by ALIXA, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as token metadata) and grant us a license to host, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. ALIXA does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIXA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid to ALIXA in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ALIXA harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your tokens, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or for legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your wallet at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
